I love Central Mass Reptile they have a good selection of reptiles and are very knowledgeable and answer all of my questions 99 times a day and 99.9% of the time I put in an order for a specific reptile they find it for me. Pricing is reasonable. I will highly recommend then to everyone who is looking for good quality reptiles

Absolutely Love this place, the owner is very knowledgeable, very clean store, and very healthy animals! We go all the time for supplies and always come home with more animals. we've traveled across all of New England looking for the best reptile store and this place is definitely our favorite!

I have never been to the store but I called today to ask for help with heated lamp installation for my ball python. I had to move and the lamps got unplugged by someone else so I could not remember which one had to be on a thermostat. The person who answered (my apologies for not remembering your name) explained to me what was each lamp for and how they were heating the tank as well as which one should be plugged to the thermostat. I had told him that I lived far away so he knew that I might never come to their store, yet, he was super kind and helpful . You can tell that the health of the animal and being kind was more important that money. Thank you so much for your help today! I will not hesitate to recommend you and drive the extra miles when I need something. Happy Holidays!

100% recommend if buying a reptile/exotic animal. We stopped in on a whim for our one year anniversary since we like to browse fish/exotic animals. Absolutely wonderful service from the man working there, he made sure to pay full attention to our questions and answer them thoroughly. The care for these animals is unmatched, this shop definitely knows what they’re doing!

Every time I visit I'm greeted with a respectful sniff by store manager Missy and a holler from her assistant, Butch. Aside from the wonderful staff, the store is always clean with a great selection of supplies, feeders, and live animals. Prices are very reasonable, and it’s clear the team takes pride in the care of both the store and the animals. If you’re looking for a reliable reptile shop with friendly service and a solid variety of supplies and reptiles, this place is definitely worth checking out!

I have been coming here for a couple of months now to get feeders for my bearded dragon and always love checking out the animals, they are all so well taken care of and the owners are absolutely amazing! I ended up adding a Cuba False Chameleon to the crew and couldn’t be happier! I couldn’t any where else for my reptile needs!

Love this place! It’s such a well maintained shop. All the animals are taken care of incredibly well! The owners are super knowledgeable and willing to answer all your questions! It was such a great experience going in, interacting with the animals, and hearing about their experience with each animal! I felt so good about purchasing a blue tongue skink from them and so far have been incredibly happy! I highly highly recommend. This is easily the best shop I’ve been to in the area.
